[Mikki-RN] The RV should follow almost immediately
[Mikki-RN] We are being told that it will be anywhere
[Mikki-RN] from $5 to $6

I guess I will be the barer of bad news, but this sounds a lot like Okie's "super high source" Intel from yesterday that didn't happen.

Quote:
[Mikki-RN] I am sharing information directly presented to our team...I am not the source of the information
[Mikki-RN] I am the messenger

No one is ever sure of the source of these rumors they just spread the word, ever heard of this little thing called "proof or evidence" it's important!!!

Quote:
[Fantastic4] so checkmate still saying 1000% sure?
[Mikki-RN] 1000%

I think checkmate is as much a "SLEAZE" as TK and Okie, he might even be sleazier then they are.

I have read this entire thread, and I would like to say that I am astonished. But, I am not. I've heard it all before.

I will add my 2 cents. These statements are simply my opinion, grounded in reason.

    1. There is one and only one source for the value of the IQD. That's the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI).

    2. There will NOT be notice of an RV. That would cause a run on the CBI. And I don't care who says they have insider information.

    3. At best, the IQD should be valued between $1.00 and $1.25 (Yes, they have a lot of natural resources, but not much of it is moving).

    4. The chances of a large overnight RV is rather slim. It would not do much for the Iraq society if ALL Iraqi people became rich overnight. In fact, it would almost be counter-productive.

    5. The Iraqis are unlikely to RV their currency as long as the U.S. is still throwing the American dollar at them. And we are still throwing dollars at them. We will continue to throw dollars at them until full troop withdrawal from Iraq. And possibly beyond. Just think about it, if you were in their position, would you RV the currency?

    6. An RV need not be large scale change of value. Even a small change in currency value is still an RV.

    7. A substantial change in the value of the IQD will not occur until the Hyrdocarbon Law is finalized.

    8. You can not conclude that the Hydrocarbon Law has been finalized based on the business actions of the Kurds.

    9. To my knowledge, the Hydrocarbon Law has NOT been finalized.

    10. If/when the Hyrdocarbon Law is finalized, it will be big news. You will not have to read "between the lines" to figure it out.

I used to track news and rumors to ground. But I got tired of doing it. I do still check in on things, but if it takes me more than 10 minutes, I'm just not likely to take it any further. I came to findout, if it takes longer than 10 minutes, it' probably not true anyway. So far, that rule has served me good.

Ok. That's my simple minded conclusion. Hate me if you want, but I still bet I'm more correct than any of the dialog posted from the other forums.

Fed Ex Rumor from PD

Each week I get my delivery payroll packages from my Fed Ex guy. Over a period of time you really get to know your driver, their kids, their dogs and above all their demeanor, integrity and I can figure out if they're sincere and honest. Well, being a driver for Fed Ex (employee) one would say he has to be trustworthy from the start.

We got to know eachother quite well as the months went by and he would notice my packages and he would finally feel comfortable enough with me to ask, "dinar huh?" Of course that would bring up fun discussions and he would tell me he knew a few other people that he delivers to.

Continuing on and as weeks and months passed by and the last time I bought dinar a couple of months ago I finally asked what type of people (businessmen, the normal John Doe or Maybe even some officials) that we might know in common that are investing. He smiled and joked and said "If I told you, I would have to kill you." We both laughed and I told him he better invest at least something because it could change his life. He said he had a lot of bills and he wish he could. I led him to DT and told him to throw even a couple hundred at it if he could.

I saw him today as he dropped off my usual package and he had this grin on his face and he said "shouldn't that dinar thing have taken off by now?" I explained a few of the hurdles Iraq had to get over and he opened up finally and told me he bought 100,000 dinar and that's all he could afford. I told him great job and if everybody could or would do that (I went on to say) how it can benefit our economy all and all when it RV's and we both agreed.

Lastly, I had to ask, "so who are the people that you couldn't tell me about earlier?" He smiled and said "It wasn't that I couldn't really tell you but I thought it was none of my business to tell you at the time. However, now that you asked I will because they actually pushed me to buy some as you have and they told me to tell everyone that I talk to do the same. They told me this because they really want to see our economy get better and this will do it for sure. He told me to tell everyone to hurry because the folk in Washington are saying it's any day now." This was just about quote for quote what he said to me today and he then told ME who they were, a couple of names and said they were WELL,WELL invested like most all the government officials are nationally.

Just so you know we live next to the state capitol and he mentioned names but they asked him not to mention their names so I won't. TRUST ME THEY ARE BIG GUYS in our government.

1st hand info from my FED- EX guy today. I figured if our government wants to get word out in an indiscreet way they might just as well use someone trustworthy enough like our good 'ol FED-EX guys to spread the word. h*ll, they can't announce it on TV or broadcast it on the radio, right ?

Definately uplifting to me and I hope it does the same for you.

We have been trying to find out what drives the likes of people like Okie, TK etc and we just don't have a clue.
